Consultant BSI Customer Suite (m/f) 100% About the position In this role, you will actively shape the digital transformation of our customers – at the interface of consulting, business analysis, and technical implementation. You will accompany national and international companies in the introduction of modern CRM, marketing automation, and Agentic AI solutions and, as the primary contact person, bear responsibility for quality, timing, and customer satisfaction.
