You think in terms of occupancy and availability: Thanks to your careful maintenance of our reservation plan and your thinking ahead, you help to optimize the occupancy of our house. You are numerate and strategic: Together with the Executive Assistant Manager and the Front Office Manager, you create forecasts and statistics – the basis for our daily planning. You are a data professional: You manage guest files carefully and up-to-date – data protection, structure, and efficiency are not foreign words to you. You stay up-to-date with systems: From the Channel Manager to the continuous development of our ISO standards and RIMS documents – you ensure smooth processes and bring in fresh impulses. You recognize opportunities: Upselling is not a duty for you, but a passion – you know when to fulfill a wish and when to refine an experience. Why join us? This is you Professional background: You have completed training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector – ideally in the upscale hotel industry – and have several years of experience. Sales talent: Your sense of guests and your understanding of sales strategies make you a key figure in room sales. Languages are your strength: You communicate confidently in German and English – Swiss German or Italian are an advantage. Structure & sovereignty: Whether under time pressure or in direct contact with international guests – you remain professional, focused, and friendly.
