University Internship HR Business Partner, 80-100 %

In this university internship, you will gain practical HR experience and support the teams in day-to-day operations.

Tasks ##

• Immediately or by arrangement, you have the opportunity to support the HR Business Partners and recruiting in operational day-to-day business (recruitments, training agreements, minutes, etc.).
• In consultation with the line management, you will create job advertisements and coordinate and conduct initial interviews.
• You will support trade fair and campus appearances and, together with the two teams, attract future talents for ewz.
• You will independently look after the university interns at ewz throughout the entire HR Life Cycle.
• You will actively participate in HR projects and thereby get to know various HR processes.

Profile ##

• You have a completed degree in economics, psychology, or a comparable course of study.
• You have a quick grasp, think holistically, and have proficient oral and written German skills.
• High IT affinity and very good user knowledge in MS Office as well as experience in conceptual work are your strengths.
• You convince us with your strong communication skills and outgoing personality.
• Thanks to your independent and structured way of working, you maintain an overview even with multiple tasks and are happy to take on responsibility.
