Staff Thermi-Chalet (m/w)

My Leukerbad AG is the operating organization of the most important service providers in Leukerbad. These include the Leukerbad Therme, the Torrent-Bahnen, the Sportarena, the Snowpark Sportarena, the LLB Verkehrsbetriebe Leuk-Leukerbad, and Leukerbad Tourismus.

The catering operations of the Sportarena include a served restaurant for individual guests and sports groups with a terrace, as well as a Thermi-Chalet with self-service offerings for the ski guests of the Snowpark, the adjacent family ski area. The offering is supplemented by food deliveries for the Kita, the lunch service, and the senior residences, as well as by the execution of banquets.

For the upcoming winter season, we are looking for you as reinforcement in the Thermi-Chalet.

Your tasks:

• Daily mise en place of food and beverages
• Preparation of food and serving at the table
• Advising and serving guests at the counter
• Collecting payments with an electronic cash register
• Tidying and cleaning work and waste disposal
• Assisting in the back office of the restaurant as well as in service
• Co-responsible for order and cleanliness in the Thermi-Chalet
• Compliance with and implementation of the HACCP concept

Your profile:

• initial professional experience in gastronomy (service, dishwasher or allrounder)
• clean and structured way of working
• flexibility and resilience
• friendly appearance towards guests and within the team
• very good German skills and good French skills
