We are looking for a person with 5 to 7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR advisory role to managers, supplemented by:
A higher education degree in human resources, law, work psychology, management, or an equivalent field, ideally supplemented by a Federal HR Diploma;
A solid mastery of Swiss labor law, labor relations, and social insurance; A mastery of recruitment, interviewing, and candidate evaluation practices;
Experience in supporting managers, managing sensitive situations, and providing advice on human, organizational, and operational issues;
An analytical capacity allowing the use of HR data as support for decision-making and recommendations;
Ease in conducting HR projects, change management, and the continuous improvement of practices;
A credible advisory posture, with the ability to formulate a clear and pragmatic HR opinion;
