Job description As a Single Point of Accountability, you take on the central ownership for your customers and act as the main contact person in IT outsourcing. You connect Service Delivery, Business Value and Customer Strategy and represent the customer internally across teams and in a sustainable manner. You design, implement and optimize IT operating processes and services along SLA, KPI and suitable operating models. You ensure the stability, quality and economy of customer contracts and control the operational teams accordingly. You keep an overview of Incidents, Problems and Changes and moderate conflicts and priorities. From trends (CSAT, SLA, costs, usage) you derive concrete optimizations and roadmaps. You identify targeted Up- and Cross-Selling potentials and support the further development of the service portfolio. Regular customer appointments on site are part of this - in this context, you act flexibly, solution-oriented and entrepreneurially. Qualifications You have completed a higher education in computer science (HF/FH) or a computer science apprenticeship with business management training. Several years of experience in Service Management (ideally with an IT provider). You have experience in project management and deal with customer requirements in a structured manner. You translate IT services into business impact and develop them strategically. You have experience in budget planning, forecasting and the development of customer relationships.
