Front Office Employee (M/W/D) Part-time / Full-time Your tasks: • Being the first point of contact – greeting with a smile You welcome our guests warmly, carry out the check-in and check-out, and ensure a smooth process at the reception. • Communication & Guest Service You answer inquiries personally, by telephone, and via e-mail, provide insider tips for Schaffhausen, and ensure that our guests feel well cared for in every respect. • Organization & Administration You work reliably with our PMS, coordinate room occupancies, create invoices, and always keep an eye on reservations as well as daily processes. • Cleanliness & Standards You contribute to ensuring order and structure in the reception area and support the adherence to our quality standards. • Team Spirit You work closely with housekeeping, breakfast, and management – for harmonious processes and a harmonious guest experience.
