Senior Specialist: Process Design & Digitalization

What you can achieve • You develop our digital customer processes holistically and continuously and ensure that customer requests can be processed simply, quickly, and without media breaks • You identify cross-sectional functional topics across several customer journeys and develop sustainable IT solutions together with specialist departments • You standardize functional requirements and processes so that solutions can be implemented efficiently and used multiple times • You ensure that new solutions and projects correspond to our process standards and strategic target images • You work closely with specialist departments, IT, product management, and other stakeholders and take on functional leadership in your area of responsibility • You maintain an intensive exchange with the IT delivery teams or their representatives to optimally align functional requirements with technical solutions What you bring with you • Higher education in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field of expertise • At least three years of experience in process management, product management, or a comparable function at the interface between business and IT • Sound knowledge of the financial services industry as well as experience in the digital transformation of processes • Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management, as well as competence in bringing together different interests and the goal-oriented management of workshops • High initiative, conceptual strength, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing at least at level C1
