Our client, the Stiftung Weidli in Stans (NW), is a non-profit institution that accompanies, promotes and supports adults with disabilities in their inclusion. It offers a variety of living forms, workplaces and daily structures that enable a largely self-determined life. Around 160 employees are committed to this mission every day. Due to the retirement of the long-standing incumbent, we are looking for a team-oriented and organizationally and communicatively strong leader as of March 1, 2027. Your tasks • Shaping the HR strategy and further development of the foundation • Leading the HR department and collaborating in the management • Advising the line and supporting employees in the protected workplace • Recruiting specialists, trainees and civil service personnel • Ensuring personnel administration and cooperation with external stakeholders • Developing regulations, HR basics and processes • Responsible for the salary system, budget and apprenticeship • Co-designing personnel events and further developing the team Your profile • Completed higher professional training in the field of Human Resources • Several years of solid HR leadership experience, ideally in the private sector • Comprehensive experience in recruitment, line consulting and case management / BGM • Empathetic, integral and resilient personality with high social competence • Negotiation-strong with stylish, clear and target-group-oriented communication • High digital affinity and skilled in handling established IT systems Your perspectives As a leader, you will head the HR department in a meaningful key role.
