Customer Service Representative Fleet Management Corporate Customers

As part of Post Company Cars, you ensure that our fleet management functions smoothly and that vehicles, processes, and data converge reliably. With you, our corporate customers can rely on professional service at all times! What you can achieve • You are the first point of contact (first-level support) for our corporate customers (Post and/or third-party companies) and ensure comprehensive support. • You answer telephone and written customer inquiries competently and in a solution-oriented manner in German, French, and English. • You are responsible for the registration and deregistration of the assigned commercial vehicles as well as the quality of the vehicle data. • You manage transport, delivery, vehicle change, and return processes with partner garages, coordinate rental vehicles, and ensure timely processing. • You ensure that all required documents are available on time and in full, and contribute to ensuring that our data and fleet information are always up to date. • You work together with insurance companies and road traffic offices, order fuel cards and insurance certificates, and take care of the invoicing. What you bring with you • You have a commercial education and bring experience from the automotive industry or the mobility environment. • Experience in customer service, dispatching, or a comparable function will facilitate your entry. • You work independently, are responsible, and impress with your organizational and coordinative skills. • High customer orientation, resilience, and a solution-oriented way of working characterize you. • You are proficient in using MS Office, have a high IT affinity, and value accuracy and quality. • Very good oral and written German skills as well as good oral French skills (at least level B2) round off your profile.
