Your Mission : You actively participate in the preparation and service of meals intended for residents, employees, and visitors, ensuring the quality, diversity, and presentation of the food offered. Your main responsibilities : Prepare, plate, and present varied and seasonal meals for residents, staff, and visitors, in compliance with the instructions of the hospitality manager, Ensure the preparation of special meals during events related to Foyer Handicap, Control goods and their storage according to current hygiene standards, Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen, applying hygiene and food safety directives according to HACCP, Contribute to the care and maintenance of kitchen equipment, in collaboration with the technical service, Clean and tidy the dishwashing area, Collaborate with other sectors and provide support if necessary, If applicable, participate in the supervision of apprentices, Ensure service according to the planned schedules: 08h00-13h30 / 17h00-19h30, including a certain number of weekends per month.
