As part of our UX team, you will work together with different departments to design banking topics in a customer-oriented manner. In doing so, you combine service design, user-centred design and UX writing: you understand needs and connections, make them visible and develop concrete solutions together with others. A particular focus of your role lies on language and content. Because good customer experiences arise when customers understand what it is about. Service Designer with focus on UX Writing (f/m/d) Your job at a glance What you achieve with us You design customer journeys and services holistically across all touchpoints and ensure that convincing customer experiences are created. You use methods from service design and user-centred design in a targeted and pragmatic manner and bring different departments together for concrete solutions. You conduct interviews and user tests with customers and translate the insights gained into concrete improvements within the interdisciplinary team. You get to the bottom of complex products as well as processes and turn them into customer-oriented content. You structure information so that customers find what is relevant to them and can act safely. In doing so, you represent the customer perspective and justify linguistic as well as conceptual decisions to the departments. You further develop our UX writing standards, tone of voice and terminology and create consistent communication with principles, templates and best practices. You contribute to anchoring good UX sustainably in our products, processes and services beyond individual projects. What you bring with you Several years of experience in service design, UX design, interaction design, user research, UX writing or in a comparable role. Bachelor's degree or higher education in service design, communication, psychology, human-computer interaction, interaction design or a related field. Strong writing skills in German and a very good sense for clear, understandable and natural-sounding language. The ability to grasp complex products, processes and technical contexts and to prepare them consistently in an understandable way from the customer's perspective. Experience in planning and moderating workshops as well as in the independent conduct and evaluation of customer interviews and user tests. An analytical mindset, a good sense for people, interests and group dynamics as well as the ability to translate insights from research, data and feedback into concrete improvements. Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation, confidence in dealing with different stakeholders as well as curiosity and willingness to delve deeply into new topics and departments. Competencies in information architecture, visual design and prototyping, very good knowledge of Figma as well as experience in banking or another complex or highly regulated environment are an advantage.
