The following diverse tasks await you: You convey a positive and well-intentioned image of the Vaudoise You inform customers by phone, e-mail or chat about the assistance and insurance services of the Vaudoise and our partners You care for the online customer base (motor vehicle contracts, customer area, etc.) You answer calls from Vaudoise agencies You coordinate customer inquiries with the respective contacts You ensure the first point of contact for customer support This characterizes you: Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA) or a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) in the commercial sector First successful experience in a comparable position. Swiss German as mother tongue and very good oral and written knowledge of English (C1) and German (C1) Good oral Italian skills (B2) Basic knowledge of the insurance industry (an advantage) You enjoy contact with people, listen to customers and advise them in finding suitable solutions.
