What you achieve

• You maintain and optimize our proxy infrastructure including Skyhigh Client Proxy (SCP) for stable, secure internet access and ensure reliable, secure network connections through the operation and further development of our VPN solutions.
• As a deputy, you support the operation and further development of the ePO platform as well as the firewall environment, including the maintenance of ePO as well as changes and troubleshooting in the firewall environment.
• You take over the deputy role for Genesys Cloud CX and support the operation, troubleshooting, and further development of our contact center platform.
• As an ITSM coordinator, you represent the team in relevant ITSM topics and form the interface between technical tasks and higher-level ITSM processes.
• You analyze complex network, security, and communication disruptions end-to-end, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

What you bring

• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in engineering complex network or communication solutions as well as profound knowledge and practical experience in the network field.
• You are well-versed in proxy technologies and possess profound know-how in VPN as well as the underlying network and security technologies.
• Your knowledge of Trellix/McAfee ePO as well as in firewall and network security enables you to take over the respective deputy roles.
• Knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX or the willingness to build this up specifically for the deputy role, ideally supplemented by knowledge in VoIP, SIP, and routing as well as a good understanding of the interaction between network and telephony.
• You have experience with ITSM processes and enjoy coordinative tasks for the team, work independently, analytically, and solution-oriented, and actively contribute your knowledge to the team.
