For our Group Human Resources department at the Marin (NE) site, we are looking for a: Senior HR, SIRH Project Manager Your mission ### As part of the modernization of our Group HR information system, you will manage the project to migrate our current tool to Success Factor. You will also support the VPRH on various topics and projects. Your responsibilities ### Success Factor project (~ 70%) : • Lead the project to migrate SAP HCM to Success Factor while respecting the budget, deliverables, and deadlines. • Coordinate the different project actors (integrator, IT, BPO, local HR). • Ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of HR data and monitor it. • Keep the global organizational structure up to date. • Provide support to local HR on global HR processes and system usage. Accompany the different system users in the change. Support for the Vice President of HR (~30%): • Identify areas for optimizing HR processes • Participate in various group projects • Reports and analyses on various Group HR topics Your profile ### • Higher education in human resources and project management. • Proven experience as an HR manager and project manager. • Excellent mastery of SAP Success Factor and SAP HCM. • Ease with numbers and very good mastery of Excel. • Analytical and synthetic spirit, autonomy, rigor, and precision. • Good team spirit and resistance to stress. • Excellent mastery of French and English.
