Team Leader and Coach Labor Integration (80-100%)

The Trägerverein Integrationsprojekte St. Gallen TISG, with its approximately 220 employees, fulfills tasks in the accommodation, care, and integration of refugees, provisionally admitted persons, and persons with protection status S on behalf of all St. Gallen municipalities. Six regional potential assessment and labor integration centers (REPAS) support the municipal social services in the area of sustainable labor market integration of refugees, provisionally admitted persons, and persons with protection status S, and advise companies on the labor integration of refugees, provisionally admitted persons, and persons with protection status S. For successful integration, the REPAS coaches work with various labor integration measures.

For our REPAS location in Buchs, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Team Leader and Coach Labor Integration (80-100%) ##

Your tasks

• Leadership of the REPAS Buchs team
• Conducting potential assessments with refugees, provisionally admitted persons, and persons with protection status S including holistic recording of the life situation
• Coaching of clients in the various phases of labor integration
• Ensuring the flow of information between the involved agencies (social services, employers, educational institutions)
• Maintaining electronic personal files
• Creating and optimizing application documents
• Acquisition and maintenance of employer relationships
• Participation in projects within the framework of labor market integration

Our requirements

• Leadership and several years of professional experience (labor integration, personnel consulting, social sector, adult education)
• Good knowledge of the social and asylum system as well as the regional labor market
• Competencies in intercultural interaction
• Confident appearance and good communication skills, both written and oral
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working
• Good PC user skills
• Driver's license category B (incl. driving experience with manual transmission)
