The responsible departments Planen, Bauen, and Bewirtschaften are responsible for planning, realizing new buildings, conversions, and renovations, for building maintenance (maintenance and repair) and for the entire building operation (technical, infrastructural, digital, and commercial building management). The Planen department is also responsible for the strategic management of the real estate portfolio and develops sustainable, economic, and demand-oriented solutions for public infrastructure. For the Planen department, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager or Real Estate Developer, 80-100%, immediately or by agreement, limited to 2 years, at the Solothurn location. Your responsibility You will design and manage the real estate strategy of the canton and develop the cantonal real estate portfolio in a demand-oriented, usage-oriented, and economically sustainable manner.
