Allrounder in restaurant service incl. dishwasher

For our newly opened Persian specialty restaurant with 100 seats in Interlaken, we are looking for a reliable allrounder starting immediately. Area of responsibility: Support of the kitchen team in daily work. Washing and cleaning of dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils and kitchen appliances. Assistance with Mise en Place (preparing, washing, cutting ingredients). Goods receipt, control and professional storage of food. Cleaning and maintenance of the entire kitchen area incl. floors, work surfaces and cold storage rooms. Disposal of waste and empty containers. If required, support in the restaurant area (clearing tables, simple service tasks). Compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP standards. Requirement profile: No formal training required. Reliability, punctuality and initiative. Physical resilience and endurance. Teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate. Flexibility regarding working hours, willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. Basic knowledge of German or English. Hygiene awareness and cleanliness. Experience in gastronomy is an advantage, but not a requirement.
