The role... In this key role, you will ensure that payroll, time management, and social insurance function smoothly and reliably in our company. With a high degree of independence and personal responsibility, you combine precision with a holistic view, specifically develop processes further, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements. How you will make a difference... Primary responsibility and maintenance of the payroll system SAP S/4HANA (PA, PT, PY, OM) and leadership of an HR employee Ensuring the monthly salary processing of three Weidmann companies with approximately 450 employees Maintenance of personnel master data (entries, mutations, exits) Settlements with social insurance providers (AHV, FAK, KK-TG, UVG-Zusatz) and cantonal authorities (withholding tax) Leading the wage audit and profit-sharing system processes, as well as regular wage comparisons in Switzerland Conducting efficient personnel controlling (internal and external personnel statistics, absence management) Management and administration of the pension fund (connection to collective foundation) Participation in HR and cross-departmental projects What you bring with you... Several years of experience (at least ten years) in payroll, social insurance, and time management Further training in the field of payroll, social insurance, or time management (e.g., Payroll Specialist, CAS Payroll Management, CAS Labor Law, or similar) Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance law as well as, advantageously, working time legislation in an industrial environment Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge in the Payroll and Time Management modules is mandatory Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form Strong social and personal competence, high service orientation, as well as the ability to remain calm and set clear priorities even in hectic situations What do we offer?
