The offering is complemented by versatile banquet possibilities, a small wellness area and exclusive outdoor areas by the water.   F&B Operations Manager ### ####  Tasks & Challenges • Overall responsibility for the operational service area with several restaurant concepts and the banquet business • Leadership and further development of a service team of around 20 employees including management • Personnel deployment planning as well as conducting employee appraisals and promoting employees • Ensuring smooth service processes and constantly high guest satisfaction • Participation in the preparation and reopening of the restaurant concept • Organization and coordination of all F&B activities • Continuous optimization of processes, rosters and workflows taking business metrics into account • Responsibility for menu planning, beverage calculation, purchasing and inventory management • Active support of the operational business during peak times • Participation in cross-departmental projects as well as contributing ideas in the areas of sales, digitalization and sustainability Qualifications & Competencies • Training in gastronomy/hotel management, ideally as a restaurant specialist • Completed hotel management school and/or further advanced training • Several years of professional and leadership experience in upscale hotel management or gastronomy • Strong communication skills, open, flexible and team-oriented • Hands-on mentality as well as a proactive way of working • Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing people • Host personality  • Socially competent, empathetic • Professional, warm and winning appearance • Proactive and enjoyment of new things  • Fluent German and English skills Opportunities & Perspectives A workplace awaits you that is particularly attractive due to its location and a familiar, appreciative team.
