To strengthen our team, we are looking for a serious, motivated and reliable person, with several years of experience in Italian cuisine. Restaurant Pizzeria Alfa located in Yverdon-les-Bains Type of work: • Ensure culinary production at your station (hot, cold, toppings, etc.) • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) • Participate in the development of menus and cards • Manage stocks and orders for your station • Supervise commis and apprentices if necessary • Guarantee the consistency and quality of preparations Profile requirements: • Diploma in cooking (AFP /CAP, CFC or equivalent) • Minimum 3 years of experience in traditional or gastronomic catering • Good mastery of culinary techniques • Rigorous, organized, team spirit • Creative, with a real passion for the profession
