In the TCS Contact Center, we work with passion, expertise, and a clear goal for our members: to accompany them in everyday life with excellent customer service. As part of the 2nd Level Team, you are the competent contact person for complex and time-consuming member inquiries. You support the 1st Level as well as internal partners and ensure seamless technical support around our digital TCS offers. In the area of electromobility, you advise our members on products and services and accompany them through the mobility change.
