Your tasks
Holistic support and competent advice for managers and employees at the locations Embrach and Tessin
Ensuring professional, efficient, and uniform HR operations at all managed locations
Responsibility for the entire Employee Life Cycle – from recruiting through onboarding, personnel development and performance management to offboarding
Advising managers on labor law issues as well as ensuring compliance with internal HR standards and guidelines
Active participation in HR projects or independent project management (e.g., digitalization, occupational health management, organizational development, employer branding)
Independent recruitment of specialists and managers in close cooperation with the specialist departments
Support and further development of organizational and personnel development measures
Regular presence at the managed locations; assignments in Tessin take place in coordination with the location and HR management

What you bring with you
Completed basic training with further training in the HR field (e.g., HR-Fachausweis, CAS HRM or studies with an HR focus)
Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function
Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law (especially OR, ArG as well as relevant ordinances)
Confident handling of the Swiss social insurance system (AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG, UVG)
Strong communication and advisory competence as well as a good sense for people and organizations
Ability to confidently accompany managers even in demanding labor law and personnel-relevant issues
Experience in participating in or leading HR projects
Very good German and Italian skills in spoken and written (mandatory); other languages an advantage
Trustworthy, solution-oriented and assertive personality
Structured, independent and team-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility
Willingness to travel for regular visits to the location in Tessin
