Our kitchen team creates "delicious" menus daily and places great importance on a balanced, varied, and market-fresh cuisine - whenever possible with products from the region. Cook EFZ 60 - 100 % Your tasks: • Preparation of cold and warm meals as well as mise en place • Preparation of diet food as well as lactose-free and gluten-free dishes, taking allergies and food intolerances into account • Collaboration in the patisserie • Assistance in the design, development, and further development of new dishes and recipes • Careful and professional handling of food • Support in the organization and design of smooth kitchen processes • Taking on daily responsibility • Quality control of the dishes, compliance with HACCP guidelines as well as the specifications for occupational safety • Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards • Collaboration in ordering, checking, and storing goods We expect from you: • Completed vocational training as Cook EFZ • Several years of professional experience, ideally in the kitchen of a nursing and care home or a comparable institution • Cooking is your passion, which you live out daily with joy and commitment • Joy in dealing with elderly people as well as an appreciative and respectful attitude • Independent and reliable way of working • High sense of responsibility and hygiene awareness • Teamwork skills and good communication skills • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and at events • Good oral and written German skills We offer you: • An interesting and versatile area of responsibility • An appreciative working atmosphere, careful induction, as well as independent work in a committed and open-minded team • Opportunities for professional development as well as continuing education and training offers • Progressive employment conditions and social benefits • 5 weeks vacation, from the age of 50, 6 weeks Have we aroused your interest?
