HR Specialist (M/F) at 60% – Fixed-term contract (6 to 12 months) As part of the development of its activities, Steriparc is looking for a motivated and autonomous person to strengthen its team. Your mission As an HR Specialist, you provide active support in the operational management of human resources and participate in the smooth running of HR processes, from employee onboarding to their administrative monitoring. You actively participate in compliance with HR requirements and quality standards, notably through rigorous management of documentation and the monitoring of personnel qualification and training certificates, in a regulated and regularly audited environment. You contribute notably to the following activities: Recruitment and integration Participate in defining recruitment needs with managers. Write and distribute job offers on the appropriate channels. Ensure the screening of applications. Organize interviews and summons. Participate in job interviews. Ensure the follow-up of applications. Contribute to the integration of new employees. Personnel administration Create and maintain personnel files. Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and administrative documents. Monitor probation periods, contractual deadlines, and absences. Ensure the administrative follow-up of the employee life cycle, from entry to exit. Payroll management, in support Collect, verify, and prepare variable salary data. Collaborate with the payroll department or the external provider. Participate in the control of salary elements. Answer employee questions related to salary statements. HR Support Participate in HR projects related to processes, tools, and continuous improvement. Contribute to internal HR communication. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal provisions. Your profile You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training You benefit from proven experience in a human resources department You master French; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
