Bern (and home office) \| 80-100% (job sharing possible) The contribution you can make • Define and communicate a product vision for IAM: develop a clear vision for the IAM portfolio oriented towards business, compliance and security requirements and support it towards teams and stakeholders • Manage and further develop the IAM portfolio: take specialist responsibility for products in the areas of Identity and Role Management, Access and Secrets Management and Identity Access Governance • Define epics, features and roadmap: elaborate and prioritize epics and features based on strategic criteria and architectural goals as well as manage dependencies and their implementation • Monitor and manage product development: identify and address risks, obstacles and conflicts of interest in a timely manner and ensure economical implementation within deadlines • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: work closely with product owners, architects, DevSecOps teams, exercise, procurement, security officers and other stakeholders • Represent IAM in planning bodies and organizations: rework specialist topics and priorities in a way that is appropriate for the target audience and support them effectively in SAFe events and decision-making bodies <br /> What sets you apart • University degree (bachelor/master) in computer science, economics or equivalent training in the field of computer science • Several years of experience as a product owner or product manager in the IAM or Security sector in a large company, in the public administration or in an equally complex environment with demanding governance and stakeholder structures • Solid knowledge of IAM topics, such as reference models, provisioning, authentication, authorization, PAM or Access Governance • Practical experience with agile process models (preferably SAFe) and with backlog, feature and roadmap management • High ability to assert oneself, structured way of working and secure stakeholder management at different levels • Good knowledge of at least one second official language and knowledge of English and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In summary Join the Cyber Command and actively contribute to the digitization of the Swiss Army.
