Key information about the position:
Reference: CLS/RH/ / Contract type: 100% apprenticeship contract / Hours: according to schedule / Start date: 1st August 2027 / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")
What will you be required to do?
You will participate in the efficient management of the restaurant and bar La Véranda and events within the Clinique by providing quality work. You will prepare tables, set up buffets, welcome customers, serve drinks and food to customers at La Véranda and in the patients' rooms. You will also ensure service during banquets, receptions, and events at the Clinique. You play an important role through customer reception and advice, sales promotion, and merchandise management. You also have the responsibility of processing payments for the sale of items and flowers at our kiosk. You will carry out routine maintenance and cleaning work.
Who will you work with?
A team of 6 dynamic and versatile people, professionals from high-end catering and hospitality. The atmosphere is relaxed but committed during rush hours and events. Our services go far beyond the doors of our restaurant La Véranda. The team's motto: to make our patients forget they are in a clinic.
In this position, you will report to Olivier Tanguy, Référent Véranda and head of catering apprentices, who possesses rich hotel experience. Efficient, benevolent, and attentive, he will know how to guide you with confidence and will support you in your daily work and during new challenges.
