In the Contact Center at our location in Ostermundigen (BE), we are offering an apprenticeship as Specialist Customer Dialogue EFZ starting from 1. August 2027. What awaits you During the 3-year training, in addition to the Contact Center, you will be active in various areas: in case intake, in a section, and in Service Excellence Management. Customer dialogue specialists advise our members and potential new customers and conduct sales conversations regarding our Club products. In all activities, customer orientation is the top priority and is thus the training focus of this basic education. You will learn to communicate in a situation- and addressee-appropriate manner in all areas of customer contact, to respond to different customer types, to conduct a conversation in different languages, and to answer written as well as telephone customer inquiries. In doing so, you will also get to know our products and services as well as the handling of various systems and databases. What you bring with you Daily telephone and written contact with our members and customers brings you just as much joy as correct recording and documentation You count communication strength among your most important qualities German is your native language and you are stylistically confident in speech and writing.
