Ideally, you bring: • Joy in dealing with fresh, regional products • Experience in à la carte restaurants and in the hotel industry • Experience with kitchen machines such as Pacojet etc. • Open, communicative personality • Positive aura • Ability to work in a team • Good German and English skills • Flexibility & resilience • Independence Your tasks • Independent management of your own kitchen station in à la carte service • Ensuring a smooth workflow at the assigned station • Professional and high-quality preparation and presentation of our dishes according to the specified standards • Participation in breakfast service according to the deployment plan • Goods receipt as well as checking the quality and freshness of the delivered products • Compliance with and shared responsibility for hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP • Active participation in the development of new dishes, menus, and seasonal daily recommendations Do you feel addressed?
