Your tasks
Processing and clarification of incoming customer complaints
Telephone and written communication with customers and suppliers
Examination, recording, and follow-up of order confirmations
Creation and maintenance of statistics
Ensuring and monitoring defined processes and workflows
Your profile
Completed commercial or logistical training
Experience in customer service or administration, ideally in the furniture industry
Good IT skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer-oriented thinking and enjoyment of dealing with people
High level of commitment, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
Very precise and reliable way of working
German language skills in spoken and written form an advantage
