You are primarily responsible for • Leading and inspiring the Experience Concierge and Valet team to ensure first-class service daily • Developing exclusive experiences and activities that make the stay at the Bürgenstock Resort unforgettable • Designing creative, weekly activity programs for guests and their smooth implementation • Ensuring the highest luxury and quality standards as well as Bürgenstock Resort standards • Maintaining strong partnerships with selected regional providers to enable unique activities and excursions • Increasing the added value for guests through personalized recommendations and special experiences • Personal care of VIP guests as well as coordination of special requests and individual inquiries • Taking over the professional handling of guest feedback and complaints You have fluent German and English language skills in word and writing. Additional foreign languages are an advantage. You have excellent communication and presentation skills and ideally experience in handling a PMS system like Opera. As an open and initiative sales personality, you are characterized by a high degree of flexibility, independence, quality awareness, and resilience. You also bring creativity and a fine sense for exceptional guest experiences and enjoy developing new ideas and activities. Your pronounced organizational talent and structured way of working support you in efficiently coordinating tasks. Furthermore, you have leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams. Your profile is rounded off by entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of additional sales and upselling.
