Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact on the telephone in the Contact Center of the SVSA and our business card for customers
• You independently answer telephone customer inquiries
• You are in daily oral and written contact with our customers via various channels
• You use digital tools and media appropriately
• You attend the vocational school at the WKS Bern and the intercompany courses at the GIBB Bern

Your profile

• You attend the Sekundarschule or have a very good Realschulabschluss with a 10th school year
• You are enthusiastic about administrative and organizational tasks
• You are an open, communicative person and enjoy interacting with people
• You approach other people with courage and without hesitation
• You are interested and proficient in the use of new technologies of the digital working world
• You can express yourself fluently in oral and written German and enjoy applying your French skills
