Tasks
Support of customer concerns outside the standard process
Processing of complaints at the 1st level
Recording and planning of follow-up orders
Informing customers about order developments
Communication with branches and back office regarding contract adjustments
Requirements
Completed commercial basic training
Business fluent German skills
French skills at least at level C1
Experience in customer service or complaint management
Organizational strength and team orientation
