On behalf of our state client based in Fribourg, we are looking for an ICT Technician N2 (f/m/d) responsible for providing local IT support to users of a school establishment, as well as contributing to the renewal of the IT park and activities related to the start of the school year.

Your mission ####

• Take charge of incidents and service requests from users of the assigned school establishment, in compliance with ITIL processes.
• Ensure level 2 local support interventions and guarantee efficient handling of user requests.
• Provide cover for another technician in order to maintain the continuity of IT support.
• Carry out the renewal, preparation, installation, and commissioning of workstations.
• Participate in the technical activities and interventions necessary for the preparation of the start of the school year.

Your profile ##

• Have proven experience in level 2 local IT support, ideally 3 to 5 years in an environment including many users.
• Master ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management and Service Request Management, and must have an ITIL certification.
• Possess practical experience with a ticket management tool, with good mastery of Jira.
• Perfectly master French and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a strong user orientation.
• Be autonomous, organized, and capable of effectively managing priorities and on-site interventions in a school environment.
• Residence in Fribourg or surroundings.
