In only twenty-eight minutes from Lucerne, nature and the tradition-rich Entlebuch are perfectly suited to welcome the Bahnhöfli. Past and present, tradition and modernity merge at the Bahnhöfli to form a new unit. Clinging to the values of yesteryear is not an obstacle to the development of new ideas and trends, but forms the basis for new horizons and an openness towards a modern implementation of cuisine and hospitality. We want to move things in the region. This keeps us young, fresh and bold. We attach great importance to natural and, as far as possible, regional products as well as to their delicate preparation. What we offer:
A multifunctional team. Thus, the missions are varied and entertaining and give you the opportunity to take on an interesting task.
You can expect a good, pleasant working atmosphere in a dynamic team as well as modern employment conditions. We welcome our guests in the following premises: veranda with 45 seats, restaurant room with 30 seats, banquet room (divisible into 3 individual rooms) with 110 seats, garden terrace with 60 seats and chalet Bahnhöfli (external event room) with 35 seats.

What are your tasks:

• Support for the chef de cuisine for organizational tasks
• Preparation and guarantee of the mise en place
• Autonomous and creative work
• Management of the assigned station
• Assistance in the training of apprentice cooks
• Respect and control of cleaning and hygiene rules
• Monitoring of cold rooms and storage areas
• Control of the receipt of goods

What we expect:
We wish for a socially competent team player, trained in cuisine, accustomed to working autonomously and responsibly. You can demonstrate organizational and improvisation skills. A great sense of service, a precise and fast working method even during periods of stress complete your profile.
