F&B Operations Manager Company Description As part of the development of the activities of one of our clients active in the commercial restaurant sector in the Lémanic arc region, we are today mandated to recruit a charismatic, committed, and results-oriented executive who will hold the position of F&B Operations Manager (M/F) Job Description In direct contact with management, you will have the mission of piloting and supervising several points of sale and restaurants, ensuring their operational, financial, and human management. As a true guarantee of the quality of services and customer experience, you will ensure respect for budgetary, organizational, and qualitative commitments while accompanying your teams towards ambitious objectives, without compromising the quality of service. In close collaboration with site managers and operational teams, you will supervise daily activities, the application of internal standards and procedures, as well as projects related to the development and optimization of operations. You will also participate in the analytical and financial monitoring of operations, the implementation of commercial actions, and the development of initiatives aimed at strengthening performance and customer satisfaction. Close to the field and endowed with an excellent sense of relationships, you will create a positive dynamic with your teams while maintaining quality relationships with your various interlocutors. Profile Sought Holder of a higher education degree in the hotel-restaurant industry, you have confirmed experience of at least five years as an F&B Manager. You master the operational, human, and financial challenges related to this type of multi-site environment. The local economic fabric is perfectly familiar to you, at ease with result analysis, reporting, and performance indicator monitoring. Endowed with natural leadership and excellent relationships, you are recognized for your ability to federate, structure, and develop teams with exigence and benevolence. Organized, autonomous, flexible, and field-oriented, you like to take on challenges and propose innovative solutions adapted to operational realities. You master the use of common computer tools and are able to express yourself fluently in French; mastery of English is an asset. The function also requires holding a driver's license.
