About us

Our à la carte restaurant in Sportzentrum Arena Klosters combines classic cuisine with Asian influences. With a small team (2-3 people), we rely on efficient system gastronomy processes for fast, constant service. We are expanding: Our current chef is taking over a second location because the restaurant here is running so well. For the succession, we are looking for a motivated junior professional who will take over and further develop our existing processes.

Your chance

Not a classic chef position from day one, but a real development opportunity: Our current chef with over 20 years of experience in the industry will train you personally and accompany you for several months. Step by step, you will take over the full kitchen management.

Your tasks

• Allrounder
• Support and gradual takeover of kitchen management
• Preparation of our European dishes
• After training: Team leadership (2-3 Pers.), ordering, food cost control
• Ensure quality, hygiene (HACCP) and efficient processes
• Further development of existing kitchen processes and standards
• Co-designing the menu

Your profile

• Koch/Köchin EFZ, 1-4 years experience, ideally à la carte (Apprentices/recent graduates also welcome)
• Joy in European and Asian cuisine
• Ambition to develop towards Chefkoch/Chefköchin
• Team player, reliable, quality-conscious
• Affinity for structured, efficient processes
• High motivation and perseverance
• Passion for cooking
