What awaits you ##

In this function, you are responsible for supporting general agencies in the Vorsorge area. This particularly affects the general agencies in Northwest Switzerland, the Mittelland, and Central Switzerland. The travel activity is therefore around 40 %.

What you achieve with us ##

The focus of this position lies in the empowerment and support of our external organization regarding Vorsorge for private individuals and KMU.

You train the new insurance consultants in central training courses and offer further education in the general agencies. With your experience and expertise, you support the Vorsorgespezialistinnen and Vorsorgespezialisten as well as the Pensionsplanerinnen and Pensionsplaner of the general agencies in fulfilling their tasks and offer them platforms for exchange of experience and further development.

In complex Vorsorge cases, you also participate in the customer conversation.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed Fachausweis in the field of insurance or financial planning or equivalence
• Several years of experience in the sale of Vorsorge solutions as well as in adult education
• Experience in coaching and the development of employees and sales partners
• Knowledge regarding consulting or leading a KMU is a plus
• Sense for innovation as well as the ability to motivate people
• Sociable, compromise-ready as well as goal- and solution-oriented personality
• High degree of independence and commitment
• Deep MS Office knowledge including Copilot
• Native Swiss German, French is a plus
