To strengthen and strategically further develop the management team, we are looking for an ambitious personality as Deputy Head of Technology Services. Unfortunately, incomplete applications cannot be considered in the process. 02 Your Task ## In this central hub function, you combine high-level technical know-how with initial leadership responsibility. You actively support the department management in the strategic and operational control of the service team, shape the service quality and personally undertake demanding mandates. • Leadership & Governance: Deputy leadership of the Technology Services team, development of team members, ensuring quality standards and acting as a role model in day-to-day business. • Architecture & Engineering: Conception, planning and implementation of complex cloud infrastructures, virtual server landscapes, state-of-the-art networks as well as Microsoft 365 / Azure environments. • Cyber Security & Compliance: Development and implementation of holistic security concepts (including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune MDM, Entra ID Conditional Access). • High-Level Technical Support: Escalation management in 2nd and 3rd level support for complex technical issues, root cause analyses as well as technical consulting. • Data & Lifecycle Management: Design and structuring of modern data platforms based on SharePoint including the development of backup, disaster recovery and continuity strategies. 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external continuing education • Bonus model • Independent organization of daily business • Flat hierarchies • Progressive employment conditions • Guaranteed hybrid or home office work • Career and advancement opportunities • At least 5 weeks vacation • Modern workplace • Structured and accompanied onboarding • Responsible activities 04 Your Profile ## We are addressing a technically skilled, assertive and solution-oriented personality who has the ambition to create real added value in a professional environment. • Education: Completed higher technical education (FH/HF) in computer science/business informatics or computer scientist EFZ with corresponding further training. • Experience: At least 35 years of sound practice in the conception and support of modern IT infrastructures (preferably in an MSP or IT consulting environment). • Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, virtualization, network & security (e.g. Cisco Meraki) as well as software rollouts/packaging. • Leadership & Spirit: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high quality standards, communication strength as well as the motivation to contribute leadership and take on responsibility. • Languages & Mobility: Fluent/business fluent German skills as well as very good English skills (spoken and written). Driver's license Cat.
