F&B Manager/in Events & Catering (80–100%)/ Senior Eventmanager/in

Your tasks

• Advise customers and inspire them with our event and catering solutions
• Develop offers, calculations, and new gastronomic concepts
• Independently plan and implement events from the inquiry to execution and follow-up
• Lead and coordinate employees at events situationally and appreciatively
• Ensure smooth processes and compliance with our quality standards
• Further develop processes and our catering manual
• Contribute own ideas and take responsibility for the further development of Gourmetbox
• Help out operationally yourself if required

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as Koch/Köchin EFZ
• Several years of experience in gastronomy/event organization and employee leadership
• Completed further training in business administration or management, diploma from a Higher Technical College (HF) or a comparable qualification
• Joy in customer consulting, sales, and offer development
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and the will to take responsibility and make decisions independently
• Organizational talent and joy in inspiring people
• Very good German skills and good MS-Office skills
• Driver's license Kat. B
