In this versatile role, you actively contribute to the design and implementation of training and development at Würth in collaboration with the personnel development team, and participate in the professional and personal development of our employees. Tasks • Design, organization and implementation of sales-focused training, CRM, communication, time and self-management for different target groups - from new sales staff to shop employees to executives • Practical coaching and support for sales staff during customer visits or in the Würth shop to promote their professional and personal development in the long term • Development and improvement of modern learning offers in collaboration with the personnel development team, using blended learning, e-learnings, webinars and learning videos • Analysis of learning and development needs as well as design of training and development programs tailored to the target groups • Creation of training materials, presentations and guides for trainers • Participation in strategic personnel and organizational development projects Requirements • Higher education with a specialization in sales, human resources, business administration or a comparable field • SVEB certification or willingness to obtain it • Several years of experience as a trainer or personnel developer, ideally in a sales-related environment Experience in designing and implementing modern learning and training offers • Very good knowledge of German spoken and written, knowledge of French is an advantage • Pronounced skills in communication, moderation and coaching as well as a good sense of different target groups • Autonomous, structured and customer-oriented way of working, combined with creativity and pleasure in designing new learning and development formats • Entrepreneurial spirit, high personal responsibility and strong implementation capacity • Proven methodological, didactic and conceptual skills in practice • Availability for 40% travel (in Switzerland), category B driver's license We offer • A responsible and varied activity with a lot of leeway • A trustworthy working environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes • A modern learning and working culture in a dynamic company • Attractive social benefits with choice options for retirement savings contributions (Plan Standard or Plan Plus) Modern IT infrastructure and family-friendly working environment • Company vehicle for professional and private use
