*Shape growth, change, and success* For our client, an established company in the Swiss human resources services industry, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality with a strong sense for market opportunities, customer needs, and team development. In this key role, you will take responsibility for the strategic further development and sustainable expansion of an existing business unit. You will lead a dedicated team, drive growth, and further expand long-term customer relationships. Based on an existing Branch Manager role with responsibility for strategy, growth, customer management, and team leadership.
