It includes Higher Officer Training, Army Personnel, five training formations, the Instruction Center, and the specialized Women in the Army and diversity service. A third of the approximately 2350 collaborators are active in civil professions in scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative, or sporting fields and contribute to success together with the professional soldiers.
