? YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training with a specialization in Revenue Management
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the same or a similar position in 4* or 5* hospitality
• Fluent command of German and English required, any other language such as Italian is an asset
• Strong service spirit, high awareness of quality as well as love of detail
• Neat appearance, professional behavior and friendly attitude
• Empathic and discreet personality, as well as willingness to go the extra mile

? YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for complete management of reservations
• Management, training and planning of reservation teams (2 people) - Rigorous entry and management of customer and reservation data as well as availability - Reception and processing of all reservations as well as system reservations with ReGuest - Guarantee of smooth operation according to LQA, Forbes and quality management system directives - Invoicing of commissions
• Creation and analysis of various statistics (notably forecasts, monthly reports, annual reports) - Development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize turnover (Yield Management) - Analysis & reporting: KPI monitoring
• Working with hotel management systems (Protel), channel managers (Synexis) and Revenue Management software
• Optimization of channels (website, OTAs, GDS)
• Taking charge of Duty Manager services
