WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

You form the interface between Rheinmetall IT and the specialist departments of the Business Units within the Rheinmetall Division Air Defence, understand their business strategies, processes and priorities and represent the interests of the business within the IT.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Coordination of strategic and specialist IT requirements of the business organization with the IT service strategy and management of the IT Demand Pipeline
• Advising the supported specialist departments regarding investment needs in IT within the framework of budgeting processes as well as for the development of IT capacities
• Reporting on key figures regarding performance, quality and value contribution of IT services together with IT Service Delivery Management and IT Service Owners
• Communication regarding changed IT service offerings, coordination of IT-related escalations from the business and monitoring of customer satisfaction
• Building and continuous further development of a trusting cooperation with contact persons at all hierarchical levels of the business organization

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration with an IT focus or a comparable course of study
• Relevant experience in an interface function between specialist departments and IT, ideally in IT Demand Management, Business Relationship Management or IT Consulting
• Extensive knowledge of holistic business process chains and their mapping in IT landscapes
• Confident handling of performance key figures and reporting
• Knowledge of IT service management, governance and project management methods
• Strong communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills as well as experience in working with cross-functional teams
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form. Italian language skills are an advantage
• Willingness for regular business trips (approx. 25%)
