Your missions
Within the legal consultation service, you will ensure the organization and smooth running of the secretariat for six lawyers, taking into account the priorities of the service and procedural deadlines.
You manage all administrative follow-up of user files: opening, updating, filing, archiving, and rigorous maintenance of databases. You ensure the completeness of files, ensure the processing and follow-up of documents, as well as necessary reminders to users.
