Deputy Head of Production – Sausage Making 100 %

Do you love the butcher craft, like to roll up your sleeves and want to take on responsibility? Then you are exactly right with us!

Your tasks

• Production and processing of various sausage products according to recipes and quality specifications
• Preparation and processing of meat, bacon, spices and other raw materials
• Operation and monitoring of machines and systems such as grinder, cutter and sausage filler
• Implementation and monitoring of cooking, scalding and smoking processes
• Ensuring a smooth, efficient and timely production process
• Control of quality, weight, temperature and product properties
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene, quality and occupational safety regulations
• Ensuring order and cleanliness as well as the professional cleaning of machines and systems
• Active participation in the sausage making and support of the team in day-to-day business

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a butcher, meat specialist or a comparable training
• Several years of experience in meat or sausage product production
• Joy in the butcher craft and in the production of high-quality products
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Team spirit and assertiveness
• High quality and hygiene awareness
• Technical understanding and joy in handling machines
• Good German skills
