Your role - sparring partner, co-creator, bridge builder
In this key role, you will accompany our managers throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle. You advise, question, support - and pitch in where it is currently needed.*

What awaits you ##

• Advise, accompany and strengthen managers - confidently and at eye level, even in complex and demanding personnel matters including absence management
• Provide legal certainty in labor law - you are the expert instance in contract design, warnings or separation processes
• Actively accompany change processes and support cultural change, you are not only a consultant but also a Change Agent
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including the further development and digitalization of HR processes
• Reliably and efficiently complete administrative tasks and "digital paperwork"

What you bring with you ##

• Sound HR specialist knowledge: You are confident in personnel-relevant issues
• Several years of experience in a consulting HR function, confident in dealing with managers and in complex personnel-relevant issues
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law; knowledge of social insurance law is an advantage, especially in the context of absence management
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance and negotiation skills
• Very structured, independent and reliable way of working with strong organizational skills - administrative diligence is a matter of course for you, not a necessary evil
• Pragmatism, solution orientation and a good dose of humor
• Enjoyment of project work as well as the willingness to actively shape HR and further develop existing structures
