CSE/TIC Portfolio Manager

Your contribution

• Further develop the portfolio relating to cyberspace and the electromagnetic spectrum (CSE) as well as information and communication technologies (TIC) together with the Cyber Command
• Direct the CSE/TIC partial portfolio according to SAFe methods within the scope of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), draft analyses and planning variants relating to the strategy and further development of the Cyber Command and make decisions in the relevant bodies
• Provide support to the leadership team and the divisions in the introduction of SAFe and LPM methods
• Successfully plan, manage and implement the tasks assigned within the scope of portfolio management

What distinguishes you

• University or university of applied sciences diploma (master in business administration, in management information technology or in a similar field) and several years of experience in a specialist or managerial function
• Ability to apply agile methods, to use the Jira and Confluence collaboration tools in a targeted manner and to manage resources in the areas of finance, personnel and risk as well as to apply SPC and/or LPM certifications in daily work and to further develop knowledge
• Ability to move from strategic thinking to operational action depending on the context, to combine both these perspectives in a targeted way and to act in a responsible, flexible and analytical manner
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and possibly passive knowledge of a third official language
