Nursing Management and Member of the Executive Board

In Luzern, we are looking for a Head of Nursing (female/male) with a workload of 80 – 100 % starting immediately or by arrangement. In one of the leading private clinics in Switzerland, you will assume overall responsibility for the nursing area and actively participate in shaping strategic further development as a member of the extended executive board. What awaits you in this responsible task • You lead the nursing area professionally, personally, organizationally, and economically and continuously develop it together with your leadership team • You strengthen your managers in their roles and promote a leadership culture based on trust, cooperation, and mutual support • You shape the strategic orientation of the nursing area and implement it successfully • You continuously develop nursing quality, processes, and innovations • You are responsible for the budget, resources, and the economic achievement of your area • You work closely with partner doctors as well as interprofessional partners and contribute your perspective to the further development of the clinic What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl.
